However, customers have reported missing parts in their orders, including the gel beads, shoulder strap, and ripped and taped box. Some customers have also received faulty chargers with flashing red lights. Despite these issues, customers have enjoyed using the gun, with one praising its fast shooting and another commending its accuracy. The gel bullets are easy to clean and don't cause damage like airsoft guns typically do. However, customers are advised not to shoot others at close range to avoid welts.
