It provides a rich buttermilk flavor that pairs wonderfully with savory dishes or as a side at breakfast. -

Question:
How do I store Martha White Corn Meal Mix after opening?
Answer: To ensure the freshness of your Martha White Corn Meal Mix, store it in a cool, dry place after opening. It’s best to transfer the mix into an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption and retain its quality. Keeping it away from direct sunlight also helps. Question:
Can I make cornbread without eggs using this mix?
Answer: Yes, you can make cornbread using Martha White Self-Rising Buttermilk Corn Meal Mix without eggs by substituting with alternatives like applesauce or a mashed banana. Answer: Martha White Self-Rising Buttermilk Corn Meal Mix has a shelf life of about 12 to 18 months when stored properly.
