It is not made in the USA and doesn't include a grill pan or wind shield; however, a version that includes these can be purchased separately. Although sturdy, one reviewer experienced melting of the plastic gas flow valve during initial use. Some reviewers recommend taking precautions with the burner's sheer power, while others recommend setting the red valve to about 1/4 open and putting a piece of sheet metal over the area where the pot sits. Overall, customers are happy with the build quality and performance of the product.
