The Lusper Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench is a great addition to any home gym. The lowest height of the seat is 42cm and the height of the seat from the floor when the bench is flat is 16.5 inches. The width of the seat is 13.4 inches. It is made of steel and is very sturdy and well made. The bench is easy to assemble and is very sturdy and does not wobble. The headrest can be taken off if necessary, however, it is recommended not to take it off. The real length of the total bench pads in the flat position setting is around 36'4''. The user guide for different exercises can be downloaded as a PDF from the product description page. The product has received mixed reviews. While some customers have found the bench to be sturdy and easy to assemble, others have faced poor quality and found that the bench has melted metal and plastic foot cover. It must be noted that Lusper offers 30-Day Free Returns & 12-Month Warranty & Lifetime Maintenance for the product.
