Customer Questions & Answers

Question: What are the key features of the iPad A16 Case for the 11th and 10th generation?

Answer: The iPad A16 Case offers a perfect blend of protection and functionality. Key features include a soft TPU back that provides durability while ensuring a lightweight feel, a pencil holder for convenient storage of your Apple Pencil, and a trifold stand that allows for multiple viewing angles. This versatility makes it ideal for watching movies, video calls, or jotting down notes. Its smart cover automatically wakes or puts your iPad to sleep, enhancing battery efficiency.
Question: Is the iPad A16 Case compatible with both 11-inch and 10.9-inch iPads?

Answer: Yes, the iPad A16 Case is specifically designed for both the 11-inch and 10.9-inch models of the iPad 10th and 11th generations. This compatibility ensures that your device fits snugly, providing full access to all ports, buttons, and cameras. Regardless of whether you're upgrading your iPad or using a different model, the case will maintain functionality while providing ample protection against daily wear and tear.
Question: How does the trifold design enhance usability?

Answer: The trifold design of the iPad A16 Case serves multiple purposes, enhancing usability by allowing you to position your iPad at various angles. You can prop it up for easy viewing during presentations, video calls, or entertainment, and it can be folded flat for portability. This versatility suits different activities, from professional settings to casual use, making it an excellent choice for anyone who uses their iPad for both work and leisure.
Question: Will the case protect my iPad during drops or impacts?

Answer: Yes, the iPad A16 Case is designed to absorb shocks from drops and impacts. The soft TPU material provides a cushioned layer that helps protect your iPad from damage. While no case can promise complete safety, this case minimizes the risks associated with everyday accidents, making it a good investment for those who are often on-the-go or have children using the device.
Question: Can I charge my Apple Pencil while it's in the holder?

Answer: The case is designed with a pencil holder that securely holds your Apple Pencil while making it accessible for use. However, if you need to charge your Apple Pencil, you will likely need to remove it from the holder, as the case does not accommodate charging without removal. This design maintains a sleek profile while ensuring your Pencil is readily available when you need it.
Question: Is the case easy to clean and maintain?

Answer: Yes, the materials used in the iPad A16 Case make it easy to clean and maintain. The TPU back can be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges, while the fabric of the cover is designed to resist dirt and dust. This straightforward maintenance ensures that your case stays looking new, which is particularly useful for users who frequently handle their devices in various environments.
Question: What colors are available for the iPad A16 Case?

Answer: The iPad A16 Case typically comes in several color options, allowing you to choose one that best fits your style or preference. Common colors include classic blacks, sophisticated blues, vibrant reds, and soft pastels. These choices provide personalization options, whether you're looking for something discreet for business or a more lively color for personal use or gifting.
Question: Does this case have a built-in screen protector?

Answer: The iPad A16 Case does not include a built-in screen protector. However, it is compatible with most screen protectors available in the market. We recommend using a tempered glass or film protector to safeguard your iPad’s screen from scratches, smudges, and potential damage, ensuring complete protection alongside your case.
Question: How does the auto sleep/wake feature work?

Answer: The auto sleep/wake feature of the iPad A16 Case is activated through the magnetic connection between the case and your iPad. When you close the cover, the magnets trigger the sleep function, turning your device off to save battery life. Conversely, opening the case wakes your iPad up instantly, allowing you to jump right into tasks without unnecessary delays. This functionality is particularly beneficial for improving the user experience.
