Ogdni Tuning Machines USHAO48 Editorial Review
The Bass Machine Head 2R2L 1:24 Ratio Open Gear Tuners have garnered positive feedback from customers who appreciate their quality and aesthetic appeal. Users replacing friction tuners have noted that while the installation requires some drilling adjustments - specifically using a slightly larger diameter for the bushings - the overall process is manageable. Once installed, these tuners are praised for their smooth operation and stability, effectively enhancing the performance of various string instruments, including guitars and banjos. Many reviewers have emphasized that they are a solid upgrade from cheaper alternatives, offering great value for the price. Aesthetically, customers find the black & gold color scheme attractive, making them a visually appealing choice for various instruments. Some users have mentioned the tuners create a heavier feel on the headstock, specifically enjoying their fit on baritone and tenor instruments. While there are some caveats regarding compatibility with existing hardware (notably with Grover open gear tuners), overall, the tuners have received an enthusiastic reception. ###
