Are these good for toddlers?
Answer: I wouldn't buy it because they don't have much give. Usually scrunchies stretch enough so that you can go through as many times as needed, but these have no stretch whatsoever. If that doesn't really bother you and the toddler's hair is on the thinner side then it may work. I wouldn't suggest it though. -

Answer: The material is like a knit looking material it is smooth but it is gathered. It is very comfortable! -

Answer: No. Cotton or cotton blend. Or at least the ones I ordered were not. Mine came in a smaller pack. -
