    Answer: Dear customer, The electric salt and pepper can hold up 4.5fl oz of spice and seasoning. Wish you have a good party.
  • Question: How fast does the grinder work? How long would it take to grind 1/4 teaspoon of pepper?

    Answer: It works the second you turn it over. If you want 1/4 tsp, it might take a few seconds...I've never tried to measure, just put pepper on food for taste. Hope that helps.
  • Question: Why doesn't this grinder have a lid? Wouldn't the spice lose its freshness if not air tight?

    Answer: Dear Customer, the electric salt and pepper grinder has the upper cap with anti-clockwise direction. So please don't worry about the spice's freshness. The grinder set provide you the best storage experience.
  • Question: Where is this product made?

    Answer: I checked inside/outside shaker and didn't find anything to show where made. Sorry. I do like it. Works well for us.
  • Question: Is there a way to adjust the speed of the grinder? It comes out way too fast.

    Answer: There is no way to adjust the speed of the grinder. I don't know if there is a way to adjust the grind size. I have played with the grinders (both salt and pepper) and nothing changes.
  • Question: How can I open the bottom to refill? I have twisted it and nothing. Other people also cannot open it.

    Answer: Dear Customer, please unscrew the part of transparent chamber with clockwise direction and remove it from the grinder's body. Then Fill the pepper corns or sea salt into the chamber. Don't overfill. Keep the pepper corns or sea salt 80% full in the chamber as maximum limit. At last, replace the chamber to the body and unscrew it to fix.
  • Question: Do both the grinders take a total of 12 batteries?

    Answer: Dear customer, each electric grinder needs 6AAA batteries, it can take has a sharp, rust-proof ceramic core that easily and smoothly grind any spices without altering its flavor.     Answer: They appear to be acrylic.

    Answer: Dear Customer, you can use the electric grinders for Black pepper, white pepper, sea salt, and other solid grain ingredients, we suggest that you don't use the red pepper flakes, the oil is not good for oily spices.

This electric salt and pepper grinder set has a capacity of 4.5 fl oz and works well with black pepper, white pepper, sea salt, and other solid grain ingredients but not with red pepper flakes. The two grinders each require six AAA batteries and have a sharp, rust-proof ceramic core. They are easy to fill and adjust the grind. They are also convenient to use with only one hand, leaving the other hand free to rub in the spices. However, they can have some issues such as the metal getting ugly rust spots, not working well with rechargeable batteries, and one of the grinders stopping working after some time. The salt can come out a bit heavy as well. Overall, this grinder set is a game changer for some customers, while others have found it to be not worth the price.
