Answer: Hi my product isn’t working. The lights don’t change colour or move. I have released the tape from the remote control and still nothing.

Answer: They are different options for the amount of lighting. You have to have your music quite loud or pick one of the options and clap your hands. Works for me.
Question: Can I buy additional lengths of lights?

Answer: Please do not extend the length over the original.
Question: How many LEDs per meter?

Answer: Around 20 LED lights per meter.
Question: Can the lights be cut to different lengths?

Answer: Yes, they can be cut to the desired length. You will see where it is safe to cut by little cut lines on the lights.
Question: Can I have a straight connection instead of a corner connector?

Answer: It is very easy to stick them on a straight wall. The connector is a corner shape and can't be made straight, but there are extra little stickers that you can attach to the LED cable if it falls down or needs to be stablized.
Question: Can the power supply handle over a 6 meter run?

Answer: Please do not extend the length.
