The Fluance RT85 Reference High Fidelity Vinyl Turntable has garnered significant praise from users for its exceptional sound quality and performance. Customers frequently highlight the clarity and richness of the audio, attributing much of this quality to the pre-installed Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge. The turntable's ability to capture the nuances of various music genres, from classic rock to jazz, is noted as a standout feature, making it a favorite among both casual listeners and audiophiles alike. Furthermore, the build quality of the RT85 is met with approval; users appreciate the high mass MDF Construction which contributes to overall stability and vibration reduction. The acrylic platter is also well-received, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the turntable while contributing to a more accurate playback. Many reviews include commendations for the ease of use and intuitive setup, making the Fluance RT85 suitable for beginners who are new to vinyl, as well as seasoned collectors looking for reliability and performance. However, while the performance and build quality are often highlighted, a few customers pointed out that the turntable might feel a bit heavy, which could be a drawback for portability or frequent movement. Additionally, there are occasional mentions of minor issues with the speed control, emphasizing that some users may need to calibrate it to achieve their desired results. Overall, the Fluance RT85 provides an impressive blend of style, functionality, and sound quality, making it a valuable addition to any vinyl enthusiast's collection. **
