Answer: In theory yes. They are just dry wipes that don't molt any lint or fluff when you use them. They do well on the tacky layer of nail gel without damaging the hard layer so I'm sure they would work for what you need. -

Can I use it as makeup cotton since I bought it wrongly?
Answer: Would think so but I would rather use cotton wool for texture -
