A-Z Sweetshop Fruit & Chewy Editorial Review
The Original Cherry Lips Gift Jar from the A-Z Retro Sweet Shop Collection evokes nostalgia for many customers, transporting them back to their childhood with its authentic flavor reminiscent of the original Squirrel cherry lip sweets. For those who enjoyed these treats in the past, the taste is a delightful trip down memory lane, celebrated for its nostalgic appeal and a fragrant sweetness that customers find reminiscent of long-gone Saturday excursions. Many reviewers express a sense of satisfaction at being able to enjoy these sweets once again, with several noting their "moreish" quality, leading to concerns about finishing them too quickly. However, the reception of the product isn't universally positive. Some customers have criticized the taste, describing it as unwelcome and likening it to a waxy or perfumed flavor that detracts from the expected cherry experience. While some enjoy the taste, others find it off-putting and not true to what they remember. Additionally, a few customers expressed disappointment over the quantity in the jar, particularly given recent price increases. Overall, the product garners mixed feelings: it’s celebrated for nostalgia but questioned for flavor Consistency and value. **
